Display Teas from Adagio Teas are"meant to delight your eyes as well as taste buds." The little "bags" kind of look like dried figs and are wrapped tightly to lock in flavour and freshness. The little ball of herbal goodness then "blooms" when placed in water. Apparently this is an ancient Chinese art form - who knew? These things kind of remind me of the Tea Forte that I blogged about a few months ago.
