Nano not mini enough for you? How about the iPod XS? It's got the display on one side and the display screen on the other and it's the size of a quarter. Just don't accidentally give it to a bum. Also it's not real, it's just a concept by the folks at Yanko Design. But the way Apple is going, it's not too far fetched.

The problem with that design is that you would always be dropping it because it is round and slippery. I it were more like a square, pinched in the middle, it would be better.
